What to do when using Eclipse

Create a new project free-orion

Checkout free-orion using extssh

• server : cvs.free-orion.sourceforge.net
• repository : /cvsroot/free-orion
• module : free-orion
• user : anonymous (username if member of the project)

Setting the tools.jar for building with ant

• Select window preferences ant runtime
• Add the tools.jar to the classpath

Running Free-Orion

• Copy the graphics dir to your output folder
• Copy the *.properties files from the classes dir to the output folder
• Run Orion.java
